In DT, Year 3 have been making scones.  After our tasting session, the children chose their favourite type of scone.  In groups, they made plain, fruit and cheese flavoured scones.  They scaled down the original recipe, weighed all the ingredients accordingly, and used their kneading skills to make the perfect dough for their scones.  After lunch, they tasted their creations, and of course enjoyed them very much - yum!
