Children in year one have had fun in science this week.

They have been grouping animals according to their diet into carnivores, herbivores and omnivores. They have been poo investigators and after examining samples of different animal poo! They had to try and work out where they had come from.

They did so well, making great observations, asking questions and recording their findings. It was a great way to end the half-term's science learning.

(The children found out that the poo wasn't real at the end of the lesson and had in fact been made by Mrs Skeens!....it did look very real though!)
