Year 3 celebrated all things Egyptian during their Ancient Egypt day this week. 

The children looked amazing in their costumes, and enjoyed many activities throughout the day.  They made their own papyrus paper, wrote their names in hieroglyphics, made and tasted Egyptian flatbread, designed and painted their own headdresses, and finally took a look around our very own Egyptian museum! What a fabulous day of learning! 

Well done Year 3 - you really brought history to life, and it was the perfect way to end your fascinating history topic!
