The children in Year 1 have been very busy in our DT lessons this week. We have all designed and made our own fire engines. The fire engine had to have moving parts with 4 wheels and 2 axles. We all used a hacksaw to cut our wooden dowels and carefully measured our axles to fit on the chassis. They all looked fabulous, and the children were all very proud of their finished products.
